This is such a great facility in a great location. I love that it is so clean and secure; love all the cameras for safety! If you are looking for personal or business quality storage units, this is the place to go!
Jessi and Ron were great. The place is clean and well kept. The service is great, would highly recommend.
I had the best help from Jess and Ron.. Jess was very patient with me as she i did not understand the lay-out of the building. she showed me were i needed to go. Then her and Ron helped me remove my belongings after the day i had i need the help.. Thank you so much
I would not recommend this storage unit due to the lack of customer service. The manager, Ron, was not helpful at all. When we tried to finish a reservation on a Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the office (granted it was closing time) he would not accommodate us. However, this was the only time that we could get to the office since we were moving from Grand Rapids down to Shelby Twp. Ron stated that we would have to come back another time since it took too much time to input things into the computer. When we returned to complete it on a different day Ron intentionally misled us stating that state law required us to purchase their insurance to cover the contents. He did not ask if we had homeowners insurance to cover it. Very bad customer service.
I came into Compass to rent a unit while I am renovating my home. Jessi, the manager, was extremely helpful in finding the size I needed, while discussing the items I would need to store. Not knowing anything about storage I was beyond thankful to have her explain everything to me. I recommend this location and recommend that you see Jessi for any questions or assistance you may need!
