I have been shopping with Kohl's for many years now. I have to write about their customer service area tonight. Wow I cannot believe how rude and awful I was treated by Shelley, in front of my 9 year old daughter too. I would hope that not all the customer service reps are this rude to customers, and I hope that she gets more training that the customer might not always be right to you, but you need to be friendly and professional. But in this case all she did was get defensive with me, and then said "whatever" to me after I said why are you arguing with me. I do have to say the manager who came over was nice, and took care of my exchange on a video game that had never been opened from it's package for a new video game. I will continue to shop at Kohl's but will not step foot in the 26 mile store again after this incident.
was very dissatisfied because I called and put a product on hold 6 hours ago because it was on sale and when I got there they told me it's not and the sign says something else and they told me it was for a display and they took more than 30 minutes trying to find the display for the sign and they couldn't find it and they told me we can seell it the price of the sign and the managers were very rude specially the manager jay and they disrespect me and my sister, I drove an hour for a mixer because they had it cheaper and put it on hold 6 hours before I got there and didn't do anything to solve the problem
Very rude managers specially manager jay she’s clearly not supposed to be a manager, she disrespected me and my family I put a product on hold 6 hours before I got there because it was cheaper and there was a sign and they told me we can’t do anything and I drove an hour to get there and they didn’t solve the problem.
